Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Nakaizu Winery Hills.

Due to a malfunction in the electrical system caused by the recent severe cold wave, the facility experienced a power outage and mechanical failure due to freezing, and was temporarily closed for business. However, thanks to maintenance carried out today, the facility has now resumed operations as described below.

*Please note that some facilities have not yet fully recovered.

• Nakaizu Winery Chateau TS has been restored
• Steakhouse Maverick is currently undergoing partial maintenance (open).
• Winery Hills Ranch (horse riding facility) currently undergoing partial maintenance (open for business)
• Nakaizu EAST WINDS VILLAGE (glamping facility) is undergoing partial maintenance (open, however, some rooms may be temporarily closed)
