Guests can view the wine cellar collection of Shida Tsutomu, the owner and founder of Shidax. The collection includes over 1,000 bottles of wine, ranging from the first vintage in 1979 to the latest vintage in 2019, including approximately 300 bottles of Opus One.

Silence reigns in the underground cellar, where the barrel and bottle aging rooms are located. There are over 100 small barrels lined up, made from French oak purchased from Bordeaux and Burgundy. The characteristics of the wines that are produced vary depending on the region, maker, and whether the barrels are new or old, and by combining various barrels, complex and flavorful wines are created.

Currently, we are exhibiting the winning works from the 20th anniversary "Photography and Painting" contest held in 2020. We are exhibiting many photographs and paintings themed around Nakaizu Winery and Izu.

In addition, materials related to Kyoho grapes, which originated in Nakaizu, are on display in the cellar VIP room, so please take a look.
