Shipping is free for orders over 10,000 yen.

To maintain quality, all orders containing certain products (sparkling wine and orders containing sparkling wine, Izu Shinano Riesling and Izu Shinano Riesling) will be shipped via refrigerated delivery service. There is an additional charge for refrigerated delivery service.

For summer wine deliveries, please be sure to select refrigerated delivery. If you do not select refrigerated delivery and the wine spills during delivery, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

About boxes and packaging

We reuse cardboard boxes in our store.
Orders for 1 to 12 bottles of wine will be shipped in a used carton (for 12 bottles of wine).
