2024 Grape harvest and vinification has begun

This year's wine grape harvest and brewing has begun.

This year it starts on August 19th.

Thanks to the constant efforts and support of our growers,

The grapes grew beautifully this year too.

Now is the time for the culmination of all this: the harvest.

The final dialogue between grower and grapes is taking place.

We carefully harvest each bunch.

This is a meticulous process, with only the cleanest and healthiest fruit being selected.

This extra step improves the quality and flavor of the wine.

Grapes that have received a lot of love from growers

After harvest, the grapes are handed over to the winemaking team.

The fruit harvested from the fields is immediately transported to the brewery where the brewing process begins.

Destemming ➡ Pressing ➡ Fermentation

Depending on the variety, in order to further improve quality,

After destemming, the fruit is checked again on a sorting table, where small stems and broken fruit are removed.

Harvesting and preparation work is progressing from white wine grapes to red wine grapes.

Repeated harvesting and fermentation for each variety results in the birth of several baby wines.

After that, the brewer goes through various processes.

It will grow into a delicious wine.
