A refreshing wine suitable for early summer will be released from Shita Farm in Nakaizu. A well-balanced white wine characterized by the scent of tropical fruits such as pineapple, and a bright acidity in its gentle taste. Made from vineyards overlooking the sun-drenched winery.

The refreshing taste is perfect for the scene of having a restaurant lunch on the terrace in the coming season.

Commitment to wine making

Juicing method called whole bunch press

A whole bunch press is a method of extracting juice by putting the bunches of grapes directly into the press machine instead of destemming (removing the stems) and then squeezing the juice. As a result, it is possible to squeeze the juice in a state where the acid is hard to come off and the fragrant ingredients that are vulnerable to oxidation are protected, and the freshness and the aroma derived from the grapes stand out more in the wine.

Brewing method without barrel aging

The brewing method is simple, and the barrel aging is not performed, making it more fresh and characterized by its fruity aroma and refreshing acidity.

Food that goes well with this wine

  • Yakitori

The texture of the juicy chicken is pleasantly tightened with the crisp taste of white wine.

  • Chikuzen-ni

The rich aroma of tropical fruits such as pineapple further deepens the richness of the root vegetables.

  • Grilled meat

Instead of lemon, the elegant acidity of wine brings out the flavor of meat. If you eat it with salt, it complements each other in a well-balanced way, and you'll be addicted to it.

Here is the wine I introduced this time
