Shinano Riesling is a blend of the Riesling variety, which is mainly grown in Germany and the Alsace region of France, and
This variety is a cross between Chardonnay, a popular major brand around the world.
<Izu Shinano Riesling 2023 Dry>
At Nakaizu Winery, in order to maximize the aroma and flavor of the grapes,
We select the best wine yeast and ferment slowly at low temperatures.
Its appearance is a slight straw color, and it has a fresh, slightly sweet scent of white peach and a clear, refreshing scent of lychee.
Although it is dry, it has a medium taste, with a refreshing acidity and soft umami.

During the fermentation process, the mash is cooled when it has reached the right sweetness.
We use a fine-mesh filter to stop fermentation and create a sweet finish.
Its appearance is pale yellow, and the top notes are a clear lily of the valley scent.
After that, it changes to a slightly richer scent of Japanese citrus fruits.
When you put it in your mouth, the gentle sweetness fills your mouth.
Afterwards, the wine develops a nice acidity and is refreshing to drink.
