Enjoy the combination of our winery's wines and kaiseki cuisine prepared by Hotel Winery Hill's Japanese cuisine chef, Yutaka Takahashi.
We will be holding a one-night-only winemaker's dinner.

Event details
This time, we will be pairing it with seven types of wine that are filled with the brewer's "passion and passion."
We offer kaiseki cuisine made with plenty of locally produced ingredients.
This is truly a winemaker's dinner filled with Izu specialties .
Originally, wine has a strong image of pairing with Western food,
"Izu Wine" from Japan pairs well with Japanese cuisine and is a wine that can be enjoyed casually on a daily basis.
The kaiseki menu was created by Hotel Winery Hill's Japanese cuisine chef, Yutaka Takahashi.
The theme is "Jibie (earth beauty)."
We use delicious local ingredients and are committed to creating a connection between wine, food, and us and our customers.
Please look forward to Takahashi's kaiseki cuisine, which is created with many years of experience and solid techniques.
Before dinner, the brewer will lead a guided tour of the barrel room.
Tasting comparisons between Izu Chardonnay and Izu Chardonnay Unwooded ,
This is a special guided tour that you won't normally get to experience, where you can enjoy the differences between wines of the same variety but aged using different methods (participation is optional).

We offer seven types of wine carefully selected by our sommelier to complement the kaiseki cuisine menu.
The pairing wine will be announced on the day of the dinner, so please look forward to it.
・Aperitif
・Appetizer: Amagi tofu, marinated sakura shrimp, and double shiitake mushrooms
Fujizakura salmon wrapped in seasonal vegetables, tiger prawns and steamed abalone
・Appetizer: Black rice risotto with spiny lobster and cheese
・Appetizers: Tuna, Golden Eye Snapper, Yellowtail
・Simmered dish: Boiled golden-eyed snapper with shiitake mushrooms, burdock root, green onions, and yuzu citrus
・Grilled food: Charcoal grilled Ashitaka beef
・Strong side dish: eel and avocado
・Meal: Sakura shrimp rice, pickles, red miso soup
・Sweets Strawberry sorbet blancmange
