Hello, this is Nakaizu Winery Hills!
Thank you very much for your patronage of Nakaizu Winery Hills.
The rainy season has begun, and it has become a season with many rainy days. How are you all doing?
Grape trees cultivated at Nakaizu Winery Hills have gradually grown leaves, bear small clusters, and are growing towards summer.
Rainy days are not the natural enemy of grape cultivation, but they are not welcomed, but for wine, rainy days are actually a good match and are considered "wine weather". Do you know
The reason for this is that during the rainy season, the humidity is high and the mucous membranes inside the nose are moist, so it is easy to feel the scent stronger than usual. I highly recommend sparkling wine that smells out of your nose!
In this article, we will introduce a new wine that is suitable for such a coming season.
Izu Sparkling Wine Soki 2020
Product introduction
This sparkling wine is made from grapes harvested in our own vineyards and aged in barrels.
When you pour it into a glass, it bubbles vigorously and eventually settles down. Moderate foam retention.
Shinano Riesling features refreshing citrus, green apple, and apricot aromas. After that, you can feel a slightly modest barrel incense.
You can feel the acidity firmly, and you can enjoy the dry and refreshing throat. It is a wine with a deep flavor that can be enjoyed even when the carbonation has weakened.
Enjoy it not only as an aperitif, but also with various dishes.
