1. Enjoy the limited-time menu"TASTE OF AMERICA" is a two-week food event where you can enjoy the diverse food culture of America.
Participating restaurants will use American ingredients to serve special menus in line with this year's theme, "ReNEW," for everyone to enjoy.
What kind of "new food" do the chefs envision? Enjoy to your heart's content.
2. Enjoy American ingredientsAmerica is blessed with a vast land area and diverse regional climates, making it a great source of appealing ingredients.
America is a treasure trove of safe, healthy, and sustainable agricultural products. TASTE OF AMERICA 2023 will share the appeal of these ingredients and how to use them on its website and social media.
Tokyo's international supermarkets will be selling popular American ingredients.
3. Enjoy the chefs' techniques through videosWe will also be sharing videos of special menus prepared by our chefs.
Enjoy the cooking techniques and deliciousness of the food through the sizzling cooking videos that are conveyed through the screen.
In addition, we will be hosting an Instagram Live with food professionals as guests to talk about the future of food, and you can also enjoy collaborative projects with popular chefs and Instagrammers.

Comment from the chef
The US beef chuck eye log (the heart of the shoulder loin) has a good balance of lean and marbling.
It is stewed in a light cream sauce with our own wine and local vegetables.
Pulled pork, a typical BBQ dish from the American South, is sandwiched between buns and served as a burger with fresh vegetables.
“The restaurant’s style is French-Italian, but the winery is designed with California in mind.
So this time, we've added some American elements to the food to give it a ReNEW!
The egg flan dessert is made with California prunes, Izu eggs and milk, and is served with California almond ice cream.
Please enjoy your dessert slowly."
