Yama Sauvignon Juice is a special bottle that is different from ordinary grape juices, offering depth and satisfaction. We hope you will give it a try and experience its charm for yourself.
The overall color is a brilliant ruby, with a sparkling onyx in the center.
A sweet, soft attack. The sweet and fragrant aroma, reminiscent of smooth purple sweet potato tart, tickles your nose. You can also sense the mellow, tart aroma of lemon syrup.
The first thing you notice is a mellow acidity. The balance between the acidity and sweetness is perfect, and although it has a strong sweetness, it has a refreshing aftertaste.
By using fully ripe Yama Sauvignon grapes, the natural sweetness of the grapes is brought out, while the mellow acidity of the wild grapes is also present, resulting in a perfectly balanced sweetness and a clean aftertaste.
Made from 100% pure grape juice, this juice is packed with the delicious flavor of grapes, allowing you to truly experience the blessings of nature.
It has a rich flavor but a clean aftertaste, so it doesn't interfere with your meal and can be enjoyed during it.
Because it uses grapes for wine, even those who don't like alcohol can easily enjoy the authentic grape flavor. When poured into a wine glass, it can also be enjoyed as a non-alcoholic wine with a high-quality feel.
If the front label says "Izu Wine," it means that "the grapes used to make the wine were grown and harvested in the Izu region, " and " the wine was brewed using those grapes at a winery in the Izu region ."
In other words, wine labeled "Izu wine" is made primarily from grapes grown in Izu and is produced in Izu, truly expressing the "climate of Izu."
* When displaying a place name (such as "Izu Wine"), at least 85% of the grapes used must be harvested within the area indicated by that place name.
At Nakaizu Winery, we define "sweet" and "dry" wines as follows:
Sweet:
This type of wine has a rich sweetness that spreads throughout the mouth and continues to have a voluminous sweetness until the finish . For example, "Izu Extra Sweet" and "Sparkling Wine Sweet" have a distinct sweetness.
Neutral :
It has a neutral positioning, with a "modest sweetness (hard to detect)." It has almost no sweetness in terms of sugar content, giving it a refreshing impression.
Dry :
This wine has a drier impression . Rather than being "dry," it has a nuance of being " crisp " or " clean in the mouth ." After drinking it, you may feel a refreshing, light dryness in your mouth.
The "body" of a wine refers to the strength, weight, and satisfying taste of the wine . It also includes what sommeliers call the "texture," or the " feel " when you put it in your mouth.
Light Body:
It's light and easy to drink.
Full Body:
This type of sake has a rich flavor and is satisfying to drink. It tends to have a complex flavor with strong tastes in the mouth, such as astringency and acidity.
